Volca Massaker Orchester

Since 2014 the orchestra has performed exclusively on Korg Volca units, creating improvised electronic music. The compact devices are linked via sync cables so their clocks run in step, but nothing else is fixed: there is no repertoire, no prefabricated material—the music is reinvented each time. The current line-up is Daniel Wihler, Maru Rieben, Nick Kellner, Annie Rüfenacht and Franz Neff.
