Everest

Everest is the duo of Matu Hügli and Michael Meienberg, founders of Everest Records. Working sporadically yet decisively in electronics, they fuse oblique-angled melodies, electro impulses and detailed digital texturing with taut, splintered beats—shaping filmic soundscapes that hover between psychedelic expanses and deconstructed melody. Their discography includes the 5-track mini-album Inhalight alongside Heimlich Maneuver and Velocell. Beyond the duo, both artists are active as solo musicians and appear in other projects and line-ups.
