Nadia Peter is a Swiss-Italian musician working at the intersection of electronic and experimental music with her project Perpetual Bridge. After years of hands-on research with guitars, pedals, loopers, and synths—and an intense DJ practice across Switzerland (HEK / Haus der Elektronischen Künste Basel; Le Bourg, Lausanne; Cambusa Teatro at the Locarno Film Festival; Lugano venues such as Turba, Molino, and Living Room)—she launched Perpetual Bridge in 2021. The project spans ambient and electronic terrains, bridging crepuscular, darker hues with luminous, transcendent openings. Her debut EP Upon the Deep (2021, Bandcamp) drew specialist attention: “Blue Orbit” appeared in the 100th edition of PANGEA (curated by Alarico Mantovani), and “Hidden Rivers” aired on Vancouver’s CiTR 101.9 FM (Bepi Crespan). She composed “Distant Echoes” for Geneva artist Laurence Rasti as the soundtrack to an immigration-themed photo project shown at NO’PHOTO (Les Cinémas du Grütli, Geneva). Extending into the audiovisual realm, Peter pairs releases with self-made experimental films and presents the work at festivals and concert spaces including Les Digitales (Zürich, Lucerne, Biel). Subsequent releases include Astral Departures (2022, digital & vinyl).
