From the ruins of the old-school industrial outfit Herpes Ö DeLuxe and the Bern-based band Everest rises the trio AudioDemenZ. Well-aged and with dignified grey hair, these three veterans push their raw sounds and rich textures into new realms with their familiar force. With ease and irony, AudioDemenZ’s seasoned, weathered and powerful soundscapes make the leap into today’s visceral and immersive wasteland, only to plough right through it. AudioDemenZ offer all-round enjoyment in a minimalistically structured, analogue show without technical gimmicks or aloof high-end effects. AudioDemenZ are the old hands Mike Reber aka Helios/von Wurstfinger/OP Rechts, Matu Hügli/Everest & Hess aka Strotter Inst. They don’t waste any time, calmly building up a wall of sound and tearing it down again.
